International Bible Ministries is directed by a working board with a director who is independent of the company that donates our technology.

Project staff
Michael Zhang serves as President and Project Director, supported by volunteers and contractors. The ministry has no paid staff.
Independence and the donated technology arrangement
International Bible Ministries operates the ministry publicly known as Sanctuary. All technology behind Sanctuary is designed, built, hosted, and donated at no charge by WiscAI, Inc. under a written Donated Technology Services and License Agreement, and no funds of any kind are paid by the ministry to WiscAI.
Because the President of the ministry also leads WiscAI, the board includes a director who is independent of WiscAI and who leads a separate charitable ministry. The board has adopted a written conflict of interest policy. Any decision involving WiscAI is made by the directors with no interest in WiscAI, with Michael Zhang abstaining as an interested director.
